A. R. Rasiah possesses several decades of experience in finance and commerce at a senior level, both internationally and locally, being on the boards of several public and private companies in Sri Lanka as Executive and Non-Executive Director. Most recently, he was a Visiting Lecturer on Finance and Accounts for Nestle SA for the Africa-Asian and Oceanic Regions, travelling overseas extensively. He was also a Visiting Lecturer at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and for MBA students at the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM). He is a former President of the Benevolent Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Immediate past Chairman of Sri Lanka Institute of Directors.

Having graduated from University, Mr Jinadasa started his career at Zurich Insurance & Financial Services in the “Global Corporates” division based in Toronto, Canada.
At Hela, he was part of the leadership team that drove strategic customer relationships with some of the world’s largest brand houses as well as driving operational performance across the group, propelling it to a USD 200 Mn business.
During his four-year tenure at Panasian Power PLC, Dilanka played a pivotal role in diversifying the energy mix and growing the renewable energy portfolio by over 300% towards 30MW.

Dr. Alastair Alderton is the Chief Executive Officer of Rianta Capital, a boutique multi-asset investment advisory firm based in London and Zurich. As part of his role as CEO he manages a global, diverse and dynamic investment portfolio in private equity, with a strong footprint in leading consumer-facing businesses and DTC retail. Alastair provides his strategic insights on various board mandates, including larger businesses such as Australian fashion retail company Forever New and a holding vehicle of European gym operator Viva Gym, as well as growth businesses such as the exclusive brand Chinti and Parker and digitally disruptive Venuescanner.

Alastair is not only a highly-experienced investment professional but also a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, with over a decade of previous transaction and advisory experience at Magic Circle law firm, Clifford Chance. Alastair holds a PhD in History from the University of Cambridge in addition to his Bachelors, Masters and Law School qualifications.

Currently CFO at listed renewable energy producer Panasian Power PLC, Gayan is a UK qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant with 5 years’ experience at PwC UK in financial services and holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Warwick in Engineering and Business Studies. He previously worked in Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance at Hela Clothing. He has over 12 years of experience in Leadership, Finance and Strategic planning with strong technical knowledge on accounting, audit and corporate governance. He has secured and executed several multimillion-dollar investments and transactions across multiple businesses and industries.

Trisha currently serves as the Head of Research at CAL, a full-service Investment Bank in Sri Lanka. With a decade of industry experience, she plays a pivotal role in providing macroeconomic views and advising on portfolio decisions for some of Sri Lanka’s largest corporations and investment funds. Trisha is a CFA charter holder
and was the former head of Economic Research at Frontier Research (Pvt) Ltd. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the CEPA Development Fund.

Patrick is a private equity investment manager at Rianta Capital, a London and Zurich based investment advisory firm. In his role, he oversees Rianta’s private equity portfolio, which has a strong footprint in consumer facing businesses and technology. During his time at Rianta, Patrick has closed several cross-border transactions ranging from the US, Germany, Spain, India, Australia, and Sri Lanka. Prior work experience include Obviam, the manager of the Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets, where Patrick has focused on investments in healthcare, education and renewable energy in Africa and Latin America. Patrick is a CFA charter holder.

Shesan is an Investment Manager at Rianta Capital, a London and Zurich-based multi-asset investment advisory firm. He co-manages the diverse and international Private Equity portfolio with a strong focus on the fashion/apparel industry. Prior to joining Rianta Capital, Shesan worked for Deloitte, the renowned international consulting & accounting firm, where he specialised in financial buying and selling of due diligence services for industry conglomerates and financial institutions. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.

Shlomo is a well-established figure in the international apparel industry, with extensive experience in leadership roles across various areas of the business, including supply chain management, purchasing, marketing, customer relationship management, product development, and sustainability. He has also been responsible for driving significant improvements in operational efficiencies and profitability across a number of companies. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Delta Galil Industries, as well as Chief Operating Officer of DIM/DB Apparel, and Chief Executive Officer of Intimate Apparel at Courtauld Textiles. He was also engaged as a consultant by Brandix Apparel until 2019 and has been a consultant to the Hela Group since 2020.
